‘Full of Steamy and Squamous Shapes…’

I’m pleased to announce that my story, “Mr. Brass and the City of Devils”, will be a part of Chaosium’s forthcoming anthology, Steampunk Cthulhu, edited by Brian M. Sammons and Glynn Owen Barrass. The full TOC can be found here.

My story features Mr. Brass, the American Automaton and Clockwork Pinkerton, hunting the outlaw cult-leader, alien collaborator and war criminal Enoch Bowen across the Rub’ al Khali into the depths of the Nameless City. Lizard-ghosts, Mi-Go, airships and other sundry unpleasant things are involved.

If that sounds cool to you, you might want to check out both “Mr. Brass and the 7 Plagues of the Devil”, wherein Mr. Brass joins forces with Professor Van Helsing and the servants of the infamous Devil Doctor to battle seven powerful vampires unleashed from captivity by the San Francisco Earthquake, and “Mr. Brass and the Devil’s Teeth” which sees Mr. Brass and Frank James take on a monstrous lycanthropic posse led by Bloody Bill Anderson and Jesse James.
