There’s a new story available for patrons at my Patreon – “Ouroboros” is a bit of dystopian science-horror by way of Lovecraft. It takes place during the final hours of humanity’s final redoubt, as it crumbles before the onslaughts of the Crawling Chaos.
It’s also a sequel of sorts to “Eliza”, which is available to read over at the Lovecraft eZine. Why not go read that one for free, and then check out “Ouroboros” for a buck. And afterwards, why not take a look at some of the other stories available at the Patreon?
Black Library released a new volume of Inferno this weekend, and it includes a new Topek Greel story by me. “Bonegrinder” sees Greel’s attempt to engineer a gang-war derailed as he’s forced to fight for his life, and his honour as a Steelgate King, against a savage denizen of the underhive – a monstrous sumpkroc called Bonegrinder. This month, Meteor House is running a sale on my Wold Newton novellas, Phileas Fogg and the War of Shadows and Phileas Fogg and the Heart of Osra. Both are authorised sequels to Philip Jose Farmer’s seminal steampunk novel, The Other Log of Phileas Fogg, following Fogg’s adventures in the aftermath of his famous eighty-day trip.
The sale runs until March 16th, but supplies are limited. If you haven’t had the opportunity to grab either of these, now might be your last chance!
